On behalf of everyone at Dubai Properties, it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to our website. Dubai Properties has witnessed important changes and new developments in the past year, the most significant being the launch of Culture Village.
2006 has shaped up to be a great year for the property market in Dubai. The Dubai Property Law was issued this year, granting non-GCC citizens the right to own freehold properties in designated areas. In addition, all of Dubai Properties’ master developments – Business Bay, The Villa, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Culture Village – were granted freehold status by governmental decree.
There have been several interesting developments within our organization as well. In 2006, Dubai Properties expanded its global reach by participating in leading exhibitions and trade fairs in Europe and Asia, as well as launching successful promotional campaigns in the UK.
I would like to commend our team for their contribution towards the growth of Dubai Properties. We have many exciting projects and developments in the pipeline that will be revealed shortly.
In closing, we would like to thank you for your support of Dubai Properties in 2006, and look forward to a continued relationship in 2007.
