Giga group’s newly established entity, Mazyood Giga International FZE, recently launched Goldcrest Views one of the first lakeside apartment residences in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai. The group is currently planning the launch of an amazing series of commercial and residential towers adding its Midas touch to property development under the name Goldcrest.
Further expansion of the group's activity with the formation of Mazyood Giga International that added its midas touch to property development with the launch of Goldcrest brand of freehold properties in Dubai. MGI later redefined community styled living with the introduction of affordable luxury apartments in Ajman themes as Pearl Residence.

- Mr. Haji Muhammad Rafiq, the Chairman of the group, received the UBS Warburg Gold Medal Award from Mr. Martin Gauch, Executive Director Bullion Sales, at the Burj Al Arab in February 2000. The award felicitated the excellent business relationship between UBS Warburg and Mazyood Jewellery LLC.
- The group presented Mr. Kaspar Villiger, the World Bank, and IMF Chairman, with a 22-carat plaque bearing miniature gold flags of the UAE and Switzerland, to commemorate the chairman’s accomplishments and visit.
